What is Opticrom Allergy Eye Drops?
Opticrom Allergy Single Dose is used to relieve and treat eye allergies caused by airborne allergies in adults and children. It contains the active ingredient, Sodium Cromoglycate that is classed as medicines known as anti-inflammatory / anti-allergy agents.
Wash your hands. Eyes must be dry and contact lenses removed before use. Can be used daily, up to 4 times. Use 1 or 2 drops inside your lower eyelid – blink a few times to make sure your eye is fully covered by the eye drops.
Lenses can be inserted 15 minutes after application.
Do not use this product if you are sensitive to any of the ingredients.
Contact lenses should not be worn whilst using this product.
Once opened, use the single-dose container immediately. After use, throw away the container and any medicine left in it within 28 days – do not use again.
Blurring of eyesight may occur, only for a short time and immediately after use.
Stop using Opticrom Allergy Single Dose and talk to a doctor straight away if: the itching, redness or swelling of your eyes gets worse, mild eye irritation, stinging or burning in your eyes – you may be allergic to these drops.
2% w/v of sodium cromoglicate, sodium chloride and purified water.
