Our policy does not allow for any prescribed medicine to be returned – this is for well being reasons and we are not approved to re-sell returned drugs to customers. On the off chance that you have any unwanted or unused prescription, you can take it to a pharmacy local to you and they will discard the items securely.
On the off chance that you have ordered any of our items that are to be sent by post, you have the privilege to cancel your order up until the point that your order is approved by the doctor. Your entitlement to cancel the order ends on the date your order is approved by the doctor, which is the point at which the agreement between us is created.
We trust that you will be content with any product that you order from us. However, if you wish to return the item to us since it is:
• (i) not as depicted;
• (ii) not fit for use; or
• (iii) damaged or faulty
We will refund the full cost of the medication with any applicable delivery charges and any reasonable costs that you acquire in returning the item to us.
We will refund you on the card you used to make the payment. In the event that the card that you used to pay expires before the refund is made, please call us to give your new card details in order to get the refund sorted out.
If you received a damaged product photographic evidence will be required and item sent back to us for inspection. We must see these before processing a return and thus refunding your payment.
In the case that a refund is accepted by us, it will take 7-10 working days to be processed and 3-5 days to reflect in your account.

Please be aware that the doctor or pharmacist has the right to decline your order. In this case your order will be cancelled and your payment will be released back to you. Please note that in this case it may take between 7 to 10 working days to process the refund and 3-5 working days to reflect back into your account. If after this time you have not received your payment please contact your bank.
